Direct Mail Client: Anglian Water Network has worked with Anglian Water for a number of years in both their domestic and commercial markets. This project was developed to inform Anglian Water domestic customers about disruption to their water supply due to essential repair work. A series of mailers was designed to offer advice regarding a potential health hazard, so it was vital they had high impact in order to be retained by the customer to avoid panic and confusion. Network's concept of using toy 'workmen' was chosen to reflect the 'work in progress' in a positive way. Others
